Courage, the Powerpuff Girls, Dexter and Robot Jones arrived at the city dump; the exact location where they would find Lenny and Denny Yogman. The evening was lit with a blood red sky. Courage trembled violently in fear. Robot had never been so scared in his life. Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup and Dexter were the only ones ready for a fight. Courage hid behind Robot, saying, "Tell me when it's over!" Just then, a teenager broke the silence in a sinister tone, making the cowardly dog turn white as a ghost and Robot shake with nervousness, knowing that familiar, horrifying voice.

"Well, well, well... if it isn't Slowbutt Jones and his gaggle of pathetic friends!"

Lenny came out of the shadows, with Denny following him. He held Dexter's teleportation device in his hand, smiling evilly at Robot and the other characters. "Thank you for bringing him to us," he said. "We'll take it from here."

"Oh, no!" Courage whispered to himself.

"You Yogman creeps aren't taking Robot, anywhere!" Blossom declared angrily. "If you want him, you'll have to go through us!"

"Yeah, and you can kiss your faces goodbye!" snarled Buttercup.

"You almost shut Robot down so you could use him for evil, which you did, but it looks like your plan has failed!" said Bubbles.

"Give me the teleporter and let us go, Yogmans," Dexter told the brothers, holding his laser gun in his hands for protection. "And no one will get hurt around here."

"And who's going to stop us?" Denny asked, mockingly. "You, a dorky scientist, stupid dog and little princesses?" They both began to laugh, until something inside Buttercup snapped. "WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME?" The green eyed Powerpuff Girl roared, dashing in front of Denny's face.

"I said," Denny replied, not affected by Buttercup's threat, "little princesses!"

Buttercup became livid, taking both Lenny and Denny by surprise. She bellowed at them, "DON'T. CALL ME.'PRINCESS!!!'"

Before the two brothers could even blink, Buttercup walloped the duo in their faces, sending them flying into heaps of trash. Courage, Robot, Dexter, Bubbles and Blossom gasped in shock. Denny got his head stuck in a pipe, while Lenny was covered in garbage that attracted flies. Buttercup growled, breathing heavily and watched them get back on their own feet.

"Don't you EVER call me, 'princess!'" Buttercup screeched.

Denny pulled his head free from the pipe and straightened his glasses. "You think that's going to prevent us from getting Jones' brain?" Lenny asked. "Well, that's where you're wrong! Once we get his brain, we will conquer the world, and there won't be a thing you can do to stop us; the Yogman twins!"

"Oh, yeah?" Blossom said. "Try us!"

"Denny, attack!"

"Yes, brother!" said Denny. He and his brother charged at the characters and the battle was on. Courage cowered and hid behind a cardboard box. Robot felt totally helpless and just stood there as he watched the Yogman twins, Dexter and the Powerpuff Girls beat the living tar out of each other. Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup threw every single punch at Lenny and Denny, while Dexter used weapons he made himself to defeat them. Unfortunately, the Yogmans finally fought back, pinning the foursome down to the ground. They struggled underneath their grip to get out, but they were too strong.

"GIRLS! DEXTER!" Courage and Robot shouted in unison and horror.

Lenny and Denny laughed together as they restrained the four heroes. "Who has the upper hand now, you freaks?" Denny asked, taunting them.

"Robot, run!" Dexter yelled. "Now!"

"Dexter!" Robot cried; his brain and eyes flashing in alarm.

"Run, Robot!" The Powerpuff Girls ordered to him.

Having no other choice, Robot did as he was told and took off running. Seeing their "meal ticket" for world domination fleeing, Lenny said to his brother, "You keep an eye on these clowns, brother, and I'll take care of Jones."

"Your wish is my command!" Denny said proudly.

Lenny ran after the young robot in pursuit, while his brother prevented the others from escaping. Robot didn't look back and continued to run for his life. "You can't run forever, Robot Jones!" Lenny called out while gaining on him. "Your brain will be ours!"

Meanwhile, Courage still hid against the box, curled into a ball with his eyes covered, until he heard a familiar computerized voice scream.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"

Courage peeked behind the crate, only to see Robot running in terror and Lenny chasing after him. "It's Robot!" The cowardly dog said with urgency to himself. "He's in trouble! I know I'm not gonna like this, but I gotta save him!"

Without hesitation, Courage followed Lenny and Robot, running as fast as his legs carried him. Just when he thought he lost Lenny Yogman, Robot gasped and made his feet screech to a halt in front of a dead end. There was a ten foot pile of garbage blocking his chance of escape.

"Crud!" said Robot fearfully. To make matters worse, Lenny was right behind him. He turned around to see him standing before him.

"There's no place to run and no place to hide, Robutt!" The teenager cackled and hissed.

Robot backed up against the pile and felt tears coming into his eyes. The only words he managed to stammer were, "No... n-no! Please, no!"

A sadistic laugh came out of Lenny's throat as he cornered Robot. Robot curled into a ball and shielded himself, scared to death and crying. Before Lenny even had a chance to get his grubby paws on Robot's brain, he heard Courage shout at him furiously, "Leave him alone!"

"What the...?" Lenny blurted, turning to where he heard the voice.

Courage stood in front of Lenny and Robot with a glare on his face, as if the cowardice had disappeared from him. Robot's face brightened, knowing his best friend was going to save him.

Lenny burst out laughing at how a small dog like Courage could possibly take him down. To him, he was absolutely pathetic and didn't stand a chance. "Oh, yeah, little doggy?" he asked, mockingly. "What're you gonna do about it?"

Courage growled and ran towards Lenny. The teen aged mastermind mocked him even more, until he felt a set of teeth clamp on his leg, hard.

"YAAAAAAAAAAAA-AAAAAAAAGH!!!"

Courage bit onto Lenny's right leg and held on for dear life. Robot peeked to see Lenny trying to kick him off in pain and anger. The dog was determined to save his friend from these bullies. When it seemed like Courage got the best of him, Lenny threw him off his leg, yelling, "GAAAH! STUPID DOG!" There was a bloody set of teeth marks just below his knee. Courage was propelled backwards to the litter covered ground.

"Courage!" Robot exclaimed. Getting a burst of bravery himself, the young robot ran towards his nemesis, yelling in rage; his brain flashing, "YOU!" Lenny barely had a second to witness Robot running at him. He deliberately SOCKED the Yogman brother right in his face and kicked him in the stomach, making him double over in pain. In the nick of time, while he tried to recover from the bite and blows he received from Courage and Robot, Dexter and the Powerpuff Girls came to the rescue, with Denny tied up in ropes. They beat and overpowered him.

"Robot, are you all right?" asked Dexter and the girls, rushing over to him.

"Yes, everyone," replied Robot, "I am all right, but Lenny has knocked Courage out."

The second after he said that, Courage woke up and moaned painfully. "What happened?" he asked, dazed. Bubbles and Robot immediately came to his side and helped him up on his own two feet together. The dog's dizziness went away instantly and turned to fright. Lenny glowered at the characters, wanting revenge. While the girls and Dexter were distracted, Denny freed himself from his ropes and rejoined his older brother.

"This isn't over!" Lenny said to the gang. "We WILL have Jones' brain, and when we do, you're going to be SO sorry!"

"Over our dead bodies!" Buttercup replied.

Dexter, Robot and Courage were so terrified of these kids, they couldn't tell if they were humans or wild animals.

Lenny whispered to Denny, "We will get his brain, if it's the last thing we do!" At that very moment, the Yogman twins screamed in fury and leaped into the air towards Robot as their target. He shielded himself again and grimaced, waiting for his enemies to snatch him.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" cried Courage. In slow motion, the small pink dog jumped in between Robot and the Yogmans, preventing them from attacking him. They ended up tackling each other and tumbling towards a cliff; rolling down an incline like a car tire. Courage was screaming his lungs out and crying desperately for help.

"COURAGE!" Robot shrieked with trepidation. He darted to the edge to see Courage, Lenny and Denny plunge down the mountains of junk. Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup and Dexter saw the whole thing and met up with Robot as they watched, traumatized. "COURAGE!" They proclaimed, petrified.

Before anyone moved a muscle, Robot Jones sat on the ground and slid down the debris after the threesome to save Courage. "Robot, are you crazy?!" asserted Dexter, diffidently. Robot looked at Dexter and said, "I must rescue Courage before they do him harm, Dexter! He is my best friend and I won't leave him behind!" And he vanished into the darkness below.

"C'mon, girls!" Blossom said to her sisters. "Let's follow 'em!" Buttercup turned to Dexter and asked, "Need a lift?"

"With pleasure," obliged the boy genius. He climbed atop Buttercup's back and they dashed downward behind streaks of pink, blue and green lights. Meanwhile, the Yogmans and Courage hit the bottom of the incline, with him on top of them in a heap. He recovered before the brothers got up. It didn't take long for Robot to detect three life forms with his eyes. He saw Lenny and Denny with Courage and decided to remain vigilant; However, Courage started to sneak away, until one of the boys grabbed his leg.

"AAAAAAAAAGH!" The cowardly dog screamed.

Lenny and Denny lifted their heads, stood on their own two feet and held Courage upside down. "Where do you think you're going, doggy?" The brothers asked menacingly in unison. Robot reached the end of the hill and searched for his friend. He spotted his rivals threatening Courage and gave a hard glare. The robot took a sink pipe the size of a pole out of a small tower of objects, gripped it into his claws and walked toward the twins; talking to himself in an infuriated tone, "You beat me up, you threaten my friends and you try to steal my brain for your own diabolical purposes, but this time, Lenny and Denny Yogman, YOU HAVE GONE TOO FAR!"

He goaded into a run, raising the pipe above his head. His brain and eyes changed from yellow to red that instant. Courage flailed and howled in agony as the Yogmans laughed maniacally. They pinned the poor dog down. Lenny was now on top of him. He cracked his knuckles twice and grabbed onto the front of Courage's neck, choking him. "Now," he said, "prepare to meet your doom, doggy!" He faced his younger brother and said, "Hand me the acid, brother!"

"Yes, brother!"

Denny took a small tube of acid out of his pocket and handed it to Lenny. The brothers laughed again as he held the vial near Courage's face; attempting to pour the liquid onto him. The dog screamed through his gags and tried to flee, but the boys were stronger than him. Lenny and Denny were about to fry Courage, until...

K-WHANG!!!

"AGH!" the twins groaned painfully. They froze for a few minutes and Lenny relinquished his choke hold on Courage, making him gasp for air. The vial of acid fell and rolled into debris. Lenny and Denny toppled to the dirt sideways and blacked out. Robot stood before his friend, his eyes and brain still red, until he calmed himself and they returned to yellow. He placed the pipe on the floor, walked to Courage and got on his knees to his level.

Panting, Courage made eye contact with Robot while he patted him gently on the back. "Robot..." he gasped, smiling, "...am I glad to see you."

"It is like I said, Courage Unit," stated Robot, "some friends just can't be pulled apart."

With a smile, the two characters embraced in a hug for those seconds, knowing they'd never be torn between a stupid computer virus again. All that time, Courage wagged his tail, so happy to be reunited with his loyal, trusting friend.
